1、 The first aluminum bar must be 150-200mm short aluminum bar or pure aluminum bar for die test with high density teeth and large tongue ratio. 2、 Before die test, the extrusion center must be adjusted, and the extrusion shaft, ingot cylinder and die seat outlet are on a central line. 3、 In the process of mold test and normal production, the heating temperature of aluminum bar should be between 480-520 ℃. 4、 The heating temperature of the mould shall be controlled at about 480 ℃ according to the conventional mould temperature, and the holding time of flat mould with diameter less than 200mm shall not be less than 2 hours, if it is the shunt mould, the holding time shall be more than 3 hours; the holding time of mould with diameter more than 200mm shall be 4-6 hours, so as to ensure the uniformity of the mould core temperature and the external temperature. 5、 Before mould test or production, clean the inner liner of ingot container with cylinder cleaning pad, and check whether the extruder operates normally without any load. 6、 When the die is tested or the production is just started, the automatic gear of the extruder is turned off and the switches of each section are set to zero. Start slowly from the minimum pressure, discharge for about 3-5 minutes, and control the pressure during the aluminum filling process. The pressure is controlled within 100kg / cm2, the ammeter data is within 2-3a, generally 80-120kg / cm2 can be discharged, and then it can be slowly accelerated. In normal production, the extrusion speed is subject to the pressure less than 120kg / cm2. 7、 In the process of mould test or production, if the phenomena such as mould blocking, tooth deviation, too large deviation of speed and speed are found, the machine shall be stopped immediately, and the mould shall be unloaded in the way of point withdrawal to avoid die abandonment. 8、 In the process of mold test or production, the outlet must be smooth, and the cushion support or fixture looseness shall be controlled reasonably according to the discharging situation. Observe and find out the abnormal situation at any time and deal with it in time. Stop the machine immediately when the machine is stopped. 9、 In the process of straightening, it is necessary to carefully detect the changes before and after straightening, operate in a standard way, use appropriate force, and strictly guarantee the product quality. 10、 According to the requirements of the production plan, the length shall be determined reasonably. When sawing, the feed speed of the saw tooth shall not be too fast to avoid damaging the end. The end must be clamped and the flash and burr shall be removed. 11、 The baskets shall be installed in a standard way, including reasonable placement of cushion strips to avoid damaging the profile. 12、 The aging temperature of the profile shall be controlled at 190 ± 5 ℃ for 2.5-4 hours, and the profile shall be air-cooled after being discharged.
